Virtual Technical Recruiter (1099) for Government Software Developers

Our client is seeking three more Virtual Contract Technical Recruiters to help them recruit for mostly software developer type of technical positions for their state government client. The Recruiter will work directly with our potential client. The recruiter will work remotely.

The recruiter will work with our client to get a good understanding of the roles, sourcing candidates (using your own resources), pre-screening candidate, write a brief professional submittal cover letter, submitting the candidate, and then documenting the submittal using Google Docs.

This is not full life cycle recruiting. The recruiter will only be responsible for sourcing, screening, pipelining, and submitting. Additional steps such as initial technical interview, coordinating interviews, making offers, etc will be made by someone else.

Qualifications

* Previous expertise and experience in recruiting for software developer positions is strongly desired. Some typical job titles you will be recruiting for include: AWS Engineer Infrastructure, Data Architect, Conversion ETL Developer, Corticon Developer, Node.JS Angular Developer, Java Full Stack Developer, Qlik Developer, etc.

* Experience working in the government space is desired.

* Burning eagerness to get projects done and satisfy client needs as you will be expected to meet a to be determined number of submittals per week.

* Have access to your job boards or search tools to identify candidates.

Additional Information

This Recruiter position will be a part time Independent Contractor position working at your own home office. Only USA based candidates are eligible to apply.

Expect to work anywhere from 0-25 hours a week depending on how efficient and productive you are.

Expected length of contract is 1-6 months with a strong likelihood of extension.

Compensation

Compensation to the Virtual Recruiter will be commission. The recruiter will be paid $85 for every qualified vetted candidate that gets submitted to the client (regardless if the candidate gets hired or not) AND $2,500 (for candidate salaries under $70,000), $3,000 (for candidate salaries $70,000-$99,999.99) or $4,000 (for candidate salaries over $100,000) if the candidate you submitted gets hired and stays past 60 days. Hire 2 candidates a month - make $5,100-$8,100 a month.
