Software Engineering Manager Developer Experience

The Developer Experience team owns the API platform and developer tooling. We aim to make it a frictionless, delightful experience for our customers to integrate with Plaid.

As an engineering manager of the Developer Experience team, you will hire, lead and grow a team of 5-8 engineers.

You will partner closely with Product, Developer Relations and Design in day-to-day execution on complex projects that span the entire engineering organization. In addition, you will contribute to a long term product and technical strategy to accelerate both product growth and critical investments into the foundations of our Developer Platform. You'll be enabling faster customer launches and smoother user journeys via best-in-class developer enablement.
