Enterprise is a full stack web engineering team building the features that enable companies of all sizes to successfully adopt and manage Figma, from two-person teams to the Fortune 500. As an engineer on Enterprise, you'll work closely with a small team on features that drive adoption and growth of Figma. The work you'll do will have lasting and outsized impact on Figma as a successful business. What you'll be doing:

• Collaborating with designers, PMs, and other engineers to plan features and break down high level goals into tasks and timelines
• Building, documenting, and maintaining tests, features and infrastructure
• Communicating and documenting architectural designs and requirements
• Providing thoughtful feedback to others on the team
• Helping interview and recruit more talented engineers to Figma
• Helping grow the Figma New York office into Figma's first true satellite office

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Has fluency with one or more general purpose programming languages
• Has experience doing software engineering in a collaborative environment
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Has a growth mindset and enthusiasm about learning and growing as an engineer
• Has interest and experience with building for a modern enterprise audience, or working on billing or permissions infrastructure

Here are some projects you could work on:

• Product features that unblock adoption across new categories of customers
• Iterating on core aspects of the identity, authentication, and permissions infrastructure
• Building new pricing tiers and more flexible billing models
