Senior Search Engineer Solr

We are looking for a humble positive principal software engineer who can lead development of the search portion of our software utilizing Solr.

• Lead a team to meet the complex requirements on a demanding schedule for Solr search features.
• Synthesize technical product requirements by interfacing with stakeholders, absorbing documents, and intuiting product use cases.
• Architect applications using pragmatism and design principles (SOLID, OO design patterns), in order ingest a high volume of information.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across a small team and a diverse stack to integrate applications.
• Deliver complex product features in a fast environment with limited requirements.
• Be able to create complex and optimized Solr queries that can handle various criteria and facets.
• Able to architect a reusable migration process from SQL DB into Solr.
