About the Role

We are looking for our first Learning and Development Partner to join Coalition and drive learning programs at an enterprise level. You will be responsible for clearly defining and communicating program strategy, driving execution and demonstrating business impact. You will partner with our HR Business Partners, People Operations, and People Insights teams to design programs with demonstrated impact that clearly link to our business priorities. In this role you'll join a passionate People Team and be a trusted advisor to leaders in support of empowering people to do their best work as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Partner as Learning & Development consultant to diagnose, design, develop & deliver learning content and experiences for individual contributors, managers and leaders
  • Assist in building, designing, and implementing a Learning Management System to support organizational learning objectives
  • Manage development programs end-to-end, establishing processes to streamline and methods to evaluate success metrics ?" including strategy, build, coordination, facilitation, project management and communications
  • Act as internal consultant to identify enterprise learning & development needs based on multiple inputs, coordinate innovative learning solutions & proactively share them with internal partners and team to build relationships and align development efforts
  • Facilitate enterprise and functional L&D learning programs including our core programs for new hires, managers, and teams
  • Consult with HRBPs to implement L&D strategy/roadmap, sharing our enterprise solutions and solving for individual contributor professional skills and career development as primary focus areas
  • Embed diversity and inclusion into all aspects of talent talent development and partner with Employee Experience team to develop programs targeting advancement of underrepresented talent
  • Manage program logistics, collect and communicate insights and metrics, and enable operational excellence to scale programs across all regions
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that L&D programs are aligned with specific business priorities and outcomes
  • Carry out ongoing learning reviews to calibrate ongoing relevance and impact in delivery
  • Work with our People Insights team to enable robust evaluation strategies to measure the outcomes & business impact of learning solutions
  • Leverage data insights to drive, modify and create future learning offerings
  • Travel to support the delivery of core L&D programs, facilitate events, and support the implementation of learning solutions (estimated 10-20%)

Skills and Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in any field
  • 10+ years of experience in adult learning & talent development
  • Demonstrated stakeholder relationships as confirmed by positive feedback and visible collaboration
  • Experience designing and delivering high-quality organization specific learning programs?
  • Experience developing learning curriculums, conducting needs analysis, designing learning programs and facilitating experiential learning programs with demonstrated results
  • Proven track record in?delivery and facilitation of learning programs in a variety of formats (in-person, virtual, multi-session)
  • Knowledge of business in current organization including the business priorities & emerging needs
  • Demonstrated use of consultative approach in working with internal clients
  • Demonstration of proactive vs reactive approach in managing internal learning needs and requests
  • Demonstration of business impact through metrics; gain mindshare with data/research
  • Knowledge of core learning theories, frameworks and assessments and ability to use these in a practical way at work

Bonus Points

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Experience and/or deep subject matter expertise in driving career and professional development
  • Experience building and implementing a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Thought leader who is sought out for L&D advisory and support by HR and key stakeholders
  • Understand and have used learning metrics to support and develop learning strategies
  • Strong project management skills to complete multiple tasks
  • Model Integrated Learning Approach including go to market strategy - consulting on how a learning solution fits into the overall learning plan

  • Coalition's individual pay is determined on several factors, including but not limited to, location, level, skills and experience. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000 - $165,000, and your recruiter can share more on target salary for your location during the interview process.
