Your Challenges

We are looking for a creative and talented Senior JavaScript Software Engineer (m/f/d) to help build up our large, cleanly architected, modern JavaScript ecosystem.

As a Senior Software Engineer specialising in JavaScript you will be working on a daily basis with our various single page applications and Node.js services, built with Angular, TypeScript, nx, ngrx, NestJS, Docker, Cypress, Jest, Karma and more.

• You are experienced in producing quality software: testing, code reviews, clean code
• You are familiar with design patterns and their implementations
• You communicate clearly and directly
• You are able to clearly express and discuss technical concepts
• You are proficient in spoken and written English
• You bring along mastery of your own tool set (operating system, IDE, debugging etc.)
• You are able to write technical documentation

Bonus

• You have a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• You bring along several years of experience in a technology focussed environment
• You are xperienced with DevOps, Docker, AWS, SQL, socket.io, RabbitMQ etc.
• The Scrum process is not new to you
• You have a good knowledge of the German language
• Any other knowledge and skills that will help us build the best health insurance in the world!

• Our HR department schedules a 30 minutes screening call with two of our Software Engineering Team Leads
• We kindly ask you to work on a small JavaScript Coding Challenge
• Your solution to the Coding Challenge is reviewed
• We invite you for a 90 minutes interview with a technical focus (preferably on-site, otherwise remote)
• We invite you for a 30 minutes interview with members from different teams (preferably on-site, otherwise remote) We send you an offer
