Lead Software Engineer Rails & React

We are looking for a Lead Engineer to take the reins of one of our engineering teams to deliver well-designed, well-tested, and well-built features and fixes. This individual would be responsible for leading meetings, providing mentorship and oversight, and contributing to the development of our applications within an agile framework.

Responsibilities:
Contribute to the completion of tasks, stories, and defects within sprints.
Participate in code reviews to ensure strongly designed and tested commits.
Lead daily stand-ups and retrospective agile ceremonies.
Assist with the breakdown and adjustment of stories and task during planning.
Provide mentorship for other engineers within the team, and help identify areas of improvement.
Look ahead to future sprints and identify gaps in description, designs, or conditions of satisfaction.
