Lead Developer

100% Remote

Cunexus is a small, fast-growing fintech startup with the backing of a much larger company. We're building software that makes lending easier, and we're looking for a veteran developer who's a great leader, communicator, and problem-solver.

This position reports to the Director of Engineering. The main purpose of the position is to take over some of the Director's day-to-day management tasks as we grow, contribute expertise to product/code planning and design, and write a solid amount of code. The day-to-day will start out as mostly coding and develop more and more into managerial tasks as the team grows.

You should have extensive experience managing developers as well as building, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-traffic production apps/services.

Experience with our specific tools is not critical, but it is a plus.
