Most important:

• Solid gaming development experience in C++
• Hardware embedded systems experience
• Familiarity with Bluetooth Low Energy communication protocols
• Experience using platform APIs to communicate with various hardware devices over various protocols.
• Strong production troubleshooting skills.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• A passion and curiosity for creating and building things

Nice to have:

• Experience working on an MMO and/or AAA game.
• Experience shipping cross-platform games, especially: iOS, tvOS, Android, Mac, and PC.
• Familiarity with ANT+ communication protocols.
• Experience working remotely
• Familiar/involved with open source projects
