The FP&A Manager will work closely with the Director of Finance & Accounting to budget, forecast, and analyze company performance across all functions. This role will own the company financial model and will lead strategic analyses. This is a highly visible role that will partner with leaders throughout the organization to manage the financial forecast and analyze performance for board reporting.

What you'll do:

Work closely with the Director of Finance & Accounting on core strategic financial and planning processes at the corporate, functional, and departmental levels, including budgeting, planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking & analysis.
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial and business models to support financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
Serve as the Finance business partner to key decision makers across the organization.
Ensure the ongoing delivery of quality analytics and reporting, including headcount, revenue, operating expenses, cash flow, and analysis of actual to expected performance.
Partner with the Director of Finance & Accounting and CEO directly in communications with the board, leadership team, investors, and other stakeholders; prepare materials, conduct analysis, and help shape our narrative.
Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis to support informed, strategic decision-making.
Identify opportunities for process improvement throughout finance and accounting and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the broader finance team.
Provide Financial Operations support to the Director of Finance & Accounting.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in a combination of FP&A or Strategic Finance at a high-growth tech company, consulting, or
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, building three-statement financial models, and analytics and visualization tools
Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges
This role requires a self-starter, keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
History of building positive relationships with people and teams across a broad, diverse organization
Strong knowledge of GAAP and Accounting is a plus

Base Salary Range
$125,000-$175,000 USD
