Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with an agile development team using SCRUM and Kanban project management flows
• Drive best practices and selection of technology frameworks / libraries
• Collaborate with other developers, devops engineers and product managers to build solutions that meet customer needs
• Write automated tests to validate quality and performance
• Consider security and privacy issues in the development process
• Design and develop solutions that meet product requirements using Android SDKs that target tablets, chromebooks and mobile devices

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience developing Android Applications using established best practices and frameworks with Java
• Understanding of Google play store process and support lifecycle
• Experience integrating with a REST based web services and third party SDKs
• Educational Background and/or Certifications that demonstrate an ability to develop scalable Windows Client applications is preferred but not required
