SUMMARY

Wiz is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Partner Manager to join our team. The Strategic Partner Manager will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with System Integrators to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. This individual will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic partners, as well as collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to establish and grow relationships with System Integrators.
  • Identify and prioritize potential System Integrator partners based on strategic alignment and market opportunity.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies for partner engagement.
  • Drive partner enablement activities, including training sessions, product demonstrations, and sales support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a positive partner experience.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to partner engagement and sales pipeline.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within partner accounts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem developments to inform partnership strategies.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales, preferably in the Cybersecurity sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of System Integrator business models, sales processes, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
