About the Role:

As a Salesforce Administrator on Motive's Enterprise Systems team, you will be working as part of the organization that is building out the business systems used by all of our departments, including Sales, Order Management, Marketing, Customer Success, Support and Finance. Your primary focus will be building and maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem and related applications that form the backbone of Motive's business operations. You will work on ongoing administration and support of our Sales and Service Cloud, CPQ various AppExchange packages, and related applications. You will be joining a dynamic and fast paced team of experienced Salesforce Administrators and Developers. We work closely together to design scalable, efficient, and effective solutions, making the best technical decisions that help Motive grow and serve our customers.

You'll excel in this role if you're adaptable, love to think outside the box, get excited about learning new tech, and value communication and collaboration.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as one of several Salesforce system administrators, responsible for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and the related ecosystem of AppExchange apps and integration middleware.
• Handle all administrative functions such as object configuration, security setup, flows and other configuration tasks
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, work on project and support issues as part of sprints, and communicate effectively with team members and business stakeholders
• Work closely with our functionally-aligned product management and QA teams to translate requirements into system solutions and support end-to-end testing
• Work closely with the development team to identify and implement the strongest and most effective solution
• Work with teams to define and document technical requirements, implement system solutions using best practices, and champion system and process improvements
• Take ownership of problems with changing priorities and develop independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
• Salesforce Admin certified minimum
• Experience implementing Salesforce CPQ
• Experience working in Agile methodologies and working in SCRUM teams
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize requests, manage tasks laterally and escalate when needed
• Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly connect business requirements with functional capabilities of the application
• Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements and designs, and to successfully drive projects to completion
