What you bring

  • Qualified candidates will have experience in Sales Operations in a high growth environment
  • Knowledge and experience with opportunity management as well as analytics in Salesforce
  • Have solid project management skills including: planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working with cross-functional stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity to deliver results
  • Process-oriented: able to follow set guidelines and perform an end to end process, yet finding effective ways to make such process more efficient
  • Have an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality and proven ability to work in a dynamic work environment with shifting priorities
  • Show excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate /translate complex concepts to non-technical audiences, adapting style to different audiences
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take a leadership role to challenge the status quo and bring innovation
  • High ability to foster relationship building and network with senior stakeholders who are not always familiar with the subject matter often requiring persuasion
  • Writes and speaks fluent English
  • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process consisting in assigning Account managers opportunities to either inbound or outbound based on due-diligence checks to be performed daily at opportunity level for all opportunities currently managed by our AM/CX organization
  • Manage daily checks of opportunities based on the identified and documented process
  • Lead the disputes to resolution ensuring all closed opportunities are appropriately classified before month-end compensation process
  • Ensure a daily and weekly record of checks is made available to all involved stakeholders
  • Identify and drive improvements to the process working with the sales team, IT and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Become the reference point and SME for opportunities and account reassignments creating flows and processes in line with our policies
  • Collaborate with the Field Operations and Revenue Analytics team to provide reporting on inbound and outbound distribution based on performed checks
  • Ensure appropriate reports and dashboards are made available to sales management to show process status and monitor corresponding key metrics
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of sales collateral to provide answers & solutions

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is between $29,100 USD to $65,500 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
