As the Manager, Strategic Accounts you will manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (Inside Sales). You will help build, train and ramp the SDR team to support the Account Management Team's efforts. You will provide continuous coaching and performance management while enabling the SDR team to hit quota and where they miss, provide deep insight into why.

Responsibilities
  • Reaching out to decision-makers at prospect accounts over phone and email. Engaging them in conversation to assess a mutual fit.
  • Personalize your conversation to the prospect's background so that you can earn their trust and attention. Building relationship
  • Maintaining accurate record in the CRM of outcomes of calls, conversations, and follow-up steps.
  • Researching accounts and contacts for personalization data points.
  • Proactively analyze contacts/accounts to identify propensity to move the prospect to the next step in the Apollo cycle
  • Utilizing all channels of communication Call/Email/LI and identifying areas of process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • BS Degree or equivalent experience in a Sales or Operations function within fast-paced environments
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in an inside and/or outside B2B sales environment
  • 2+ years experience managing geo-dispersed teams
  • 2+ years of managing through data and insights - drawing conclusions through data
  • Hands-on experience using various tools and applications including but not limited to Salesforce and other CRM tools
