Context on the Role

You will be part of the Sales Strategy & Operations team whose main goal is to :

  • Define the strategy to achieve our growth and margin objectives
  • Deeply understand and be able to explain performance
  • Enable one of the most effective Sales teams in the tech industry
  • The Sales Strategy & Operations team conducts critical strategic, analytical and operational projects designed to accelerate member growth (with a focus on member acquisition) and sales productivity. There are four main components to the work the community does :
  • Sales strategy and planning (incl. strat plan, objective setting, territory design)
  • Sales performance monitoring and explanation (incl. reporting, data model)
  • Sales tools and processes (incl. the tech stack and its usage)
  • Sales organization and capability building

Across all these areas we work very closely with the Sales and Account Management teams.The scope of the role is European (France, Belgium and Spain for the time being).

Mission

As an intern within our community, you will be part of the Sales tools and processes area. The tooling area mission is to empower our Sales and Account Management team by developing, maintaining and continuously improving a best in class Salesforce CRM and tooling environment.

Objectives

As an intern within this team, your objectives are to :

  • Efficiently support the end users on their daily tasks and enable them to get the most of our tools by answering their questions, shadowing them to better understand their usage and deep diving their roadblocks.
  • Own some data quality stream to ensure the data is reliable to perform analysis and support the business. This could include auditing the data, proposing a process to make it reliable and implement it technically in the tool.
  • Deploy simple technical features to better fit with the user needs, for example creating new fields in the CRM, updating the picklist value or proposing some simple automation to help them in their daily job.
  • Participate in the tool maintenance by managing the access rights, licenses, monitoring the tool usage or proposing new features.
  • Reinforce user adoption by training the users on specific feature by documenting clearly and creating user content as videos or live training

As an intern you will work closely with the Sales team, the Sales Strat & Ops colleagues and other stakeholders (e.g. data, marketing). You will also be trained by the team to get the technical knowledge required for the job.

Must have

  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience on a CRM environment (Salesforce Lightning preferred)
  • Experience with a B2B business and with sales or salesops processes
  • Strong technical appetencies (experience with coding, understand what a data model is)
  • Willing to be hands on the tool and to learn about Salesforce
  • Ability to ramp-up quickly on a new technical and tooling environment
  • Great organization skills (prioritization of tasks, agile way of working)
  • Autonomous
  • Genuine passion for helping others succeed

Nice to have

  • Experience in a scale-up
  • Any Salesforce certifications
  • Knowledge in SQL language

Internship information

  • 6-months internship
  • Remote work is possible (with some days in Paris required)
  • Start date as soon as possible
