Expel is looking for its next Sales Operations Manager. This is a critical leadership role as Expel expands its sales team and scales our organization for future growth.

What you can do for Expel

  • Bring a passion for sales, customers and winning, with an emphasis on Enterprise sales
  • Share your experience owning and improving Sales Operations for a high-performance team with big goals for the future
  • Build and execute a compelling commissions programs that leads to improvements in performance
  • Build a sales planning process that proactively generates insights and forms the numbers components of our sales strategy
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, Product and other teams to executive sales initiatives
  • Own and maintain systems critical to sales performance
  • Partner with sales leaders, and cross-functional teams to maintain a pulse on what's happening in the field, constantly assessing gaps and tailoring programs to get results.

What you should bring with you

  • Demonstrated experience in a Sales Operations leadership role
  • Salesforce.com experience particularly with reporting and using data
  • A bachelor's or post-graduate degree in a related field, or a similarly compelling set of life experiences

  • Our office is based in Herndon, Virginia. However, we will consider remote work for this position.
