An internship within the sales organization targeting marginalized communities.

Role and Responsibility

  • Enrichment Work - qualifying leads, verifying Ideal Customer Profile ("good fits for ServiceTitan")
  • Cold/Warm Outreach - calling on a qualified lead list to book meetings for the corp team
  • Shadowing Sales Development Representative (SDR) /Account Executive - Candidates will shadow the SDRs, getting a unique lens at what cold outreach looks and sounds like. They will also learn how to manage a lead list, work within a cadence and strategically break down a territory
  • Shadowing Managers and VP of Sales - The goal of shadowing our leaders in addition to working directly with the SDR's is to provide a unique amount of visibility and exposure to all of the various roles and responsibilities within the sales org here at ServiceTitan and to open their minds to what their potential career trajectory could look like if they decided to make tech sales a career.
