About the Role:
As Medallion's Head of Enterprise Sales, you will assume responsibility for growing our Enterprise efforts and lead a team of Account Executives responsible for the engagement, expansion and retention of our rapidly growing customer base. We're looking for a customer-focused industry leader, with a consistent record of exceeding sales growth goals of related products, specifically within Enterprise Accounts. You will report to the VP of Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and deliver Medallion's vision for the Enterprise business
- Build, develop, and inspire a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Executives and leaders by creating scalable, data driven processes that drive team and company goals
- Evaluate and execute playbooks, processes and systems needed to support and scale a hyper-growth team
- Test and refine growth and acquisition strategies through data, segment-specific value drivers, and compelling stories
- Develop strong internal partnerships and collaborate cross functionally to maximize revenue opportunities to improve deal progressions
- Be accountable for the engagement and addition of net new customers
Your experience (ideally) includes:
- 10+ years of experience working in Enterprise Sales, ideally within an Enterprise SaaS, healthcare, or technology company.
- 5 years of experience in management; 2 years of experience in second line leadership
- Strong performance record leading and building successful, collaborative, and high performing Enterprise sales teams
- Understanding of our technical and competitive landscape
- Prior background in a dynamic growth environment such as a venture backed startup, fast-growing technology company, or enterprise SaaS business. If not direct experience, an awareness and interest in joining this type of environment is important.

- A project manager, you have the discipline and creativity to turn ideas into a project plan based on business goals and execute it in a timely manner
- Driven by data, understanding that metrics drive outcomes, and therefore a deep desire to uncover the metrics that drive the biggest impact for Medallion and our clients
