Client Engagement Manager

RJH Consulting guides law firms to increase profitability, streamline operations and strategize growth. Headquartered in Baton Rouge, consultants work remotely across the U.S. At RJH we believe in the long game, building relationships and investing in our clients' success. 2020 has been a year of significant growth an we are now looking for a Client Engagement Manager for our growing recruiting division.

The position is fairly simple: Bring us more clients. You will be working from a home office, cold-calling, networking, and building relationships with law firm owners and firm administrators all across the county. As experts in the legal field, we are extremely connected and we specialize in building Class A teams for our clients. Your day will be spent on the phone obtaining orders to recruit. 25% of your time will be spent doing actual recruiting.

The Perfect Candidate has a verifiable track record of sales excellence in the service industry (legal, medical, consulting, etc). You absolutely most Thrive in a unstructured work from home environment. If you need a lot of training, and micro-management, this is likely not the right position for you. We are looking for a very driven, goal focused and self initiated person. No shiny needed, we love authentic, and warm people. The kind of person you could talk to all day. We are truthtellers, and problem solvers, we expect you to be also. We aren't afraid of failing we just learn from them. Compensation: The first 90 days' this is a draw against generous commission. A compensation review will occur after 90 days to move to a base salary option.
