Overview:
Principle Concepts Inc. is currently looking to fill a Temporary Full-Time Account Sales Representative role. You have the option to work from home!
The ideal candidate will possess superior interpersonal and communication skills and apply a results-driven approach to sales management. This person will facilitate the sales process with acute knowledge of the Client's product. The Sales Lead will drive a diverse group of Sales Consultants toward success and consistently coach and mentor his/her team to achieve aggressive sales goals of a high-growth company and its high-growth Clients. Through education, innovation, understanding and teamwork, you will help build revenue, develop customer service and brand awareness while representing our Clients with the highest integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Attend a morning online conference with the team leaders
- Generate new sales leads through a mixture of calling and emailing
- Connect with and quickly develop relationships with key Senior Management contacts and prospects within a variety of spaces in need of medical equipment
- Build a pipeline and execute on early stages of the sales process
- Following up on sales lead campaigns as well as self-generated prospect lists
- Use various sales tools and methods to identify decision makers within the target account lists
- Outbound call 50-100 businesses daily along with running mass email campaigns
- Schedule Pricing and Shipping Calls with interested prospects
- Understand Company offerings and effectively communicate and apply them to each prospect's needs
- Track and manage prospects through Company software
- Achieve weekly and monthly goals

You have a proactive, positive attitude and enjoy working in a competitive environment where people come together to hit goals, have fun, and help the greater Community.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years sales experience within a progressive sales and/or customer service environment
- 1+ years' experience training and managing a sales team
- Proven record of building, maintaining, and expanding a diverse and cross-cultural team
- Results-oriented attitude driven by exceeding targets
- Ability to develop and motivate talent with a focus on delivering the best customer experience
- Strong communication and relationship management skill set
- Passionate and a self-motivated, fundamental problem solver
