Your mission will be acquiring, activating & growing cargo.one accounts to become the #1 air cargo marketplace!

A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

    • Own and drive the acquisition, activation and growth of cargo.one in your territory** by conducting cold calls or Zoom meetings as well as in-person sales visits.
    • Support cargo.one's evolution by adapting your activities and skills according to different motions (for example, the first stage will be focused on acquisition and activation which means that activities are mainly centered around cold calling and walk-in visits).
    • Build strong relationships with potential users as well as decision-makers (such as branch managers) in your territory.
    • Prepare to manage relevant accounts and expand our footprint within their organization, which will be the focus of the next sales motion.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and deliver customer's POV by communicating the needs of freight forwarders to our product team to expand our products and value proposition.
    • ** territories can be regional (Midwest), countries (Italy), or regions (BENELUX) with a minimum of 300 CASS numbers

How will you be measured?

    • Number of new users (be it individuals, branches or forwarders in your territory**)
    • Number of new bookings
    • Activities (including cold calls, talking time, Zoom meetings, walk-ins, in-person sales visits, etc.)*
    • We're going through different sales motions and each one of them will measure performance differently. This is an indication of what the first motion measures in terms of performance.
      Changes will apply when we move into the next motion.

What should you bring?

    • 3+ years of sales-related working experience; ideally as SDR or Account Executive
    • Understanding of tech products and digital savviness
    • Great sales, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Basic knowledge of CRM software, Salesforce preferred
    • Enjoys virtual, on-the-phone or in-person interactions; affinity to cold calls and walk-ins
    • Excels with challenging targets; strives to outperform them

Must have:

    • Adaptability to change, flexibility, can work with uncertainties and thrives under pressure
    • Cares about sales, growth and customer satisfaction with our services
    • Enjoys independent work while working remotely too
    • Native or equivalent in English, with ability to travel in the UK and/or Nordics

Nice to have:

    • Sales experience in the freight forwarding or aviation industry
    • Experience in working in a fast-paced early-stage environment or tech industry
    • Contact book of freight forwarders managing air export and import
