What's the opportunity?
cargo.one is the digital platform for freight forwarders to search, compare and book air freight capacities across airlines. We are proud to have a product our customers love to use, which has allowed us to win over 600 freight forwarding companies as customers in our first year in the market.
We are now building a world-class sales organization to accelerate our growth. As an Account Manager, you will be a key member of the team leading the growth of cargo.one by managing the existing customers.
- This position is remote. You can decide where you'd like to be based from this growing list of countries.

What you'll be doing:
- Partner with a number of cargo.one's customers to grow their product usage.
- Develop and execute a playbook of initiatives to drive growth in your accounts, and share your best practices with the team.
- Build strong relationships with your customers, advise them to ensure they use cargo.one successfully and be their main point of contact.
- Gather customer feedback and work cross-functionally to inform our product strategy, roadmap and marketing.
What you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive/Business Development Manager preferably in the software industry.
- You are great at working with and understanding people and possess strong communication skills.
- You are curious and driven to help our customers succeed.
- You are able to set priorities right and have strong organisational skills.
- You take the initiative and thrive working autonomously, with minimal supervision.
- You want to grow personally and make an impact with your work.
- You are fluent in German and fluent in English.
