Senior QA Automation Engineer

About The Role:

You will be responsible for building a new mobile automation framework covering iOS & Android from scratch and writing automated tests based on existing manual tests as well as new requirements.

You Will Have The Opportunity To:

• Design/write and maintain Mobile Automation testing using Appium + JS/Kotlin
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and write up defects with a high level of detail
• Test according to product requirements
• Write and maintain checklists and test scenarios
• Keep up to date with the latest industry best practices
• Communicate with team members on a daily basis

We're Looking For You If You Have:

• Solid experience in AQA
• 2+ years experience in automation testing - Appium
• Good knowledge of JS and/or Kotlin
• In-depth knowledge of test automation approaches and procedures
• Experience in Mobile UI and API testing
• Strong code analysis, investigatory and debugging skills
• Demonstrating hands-on experience with version control systems (GIT)
• Skilled in CI/CD tools
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Good spoken and written English.

Bonus Points:

• Calm and balanced team player
• Experience with Cypress
• Experience setting up GitHub actions (Both iOS and Android use GitHub actions for CI/CD).
