We are looking for an experienced Talent Development Program Manager to drive our global company-wide onboarding effectiveness as well as other global Talent Development initiatives. You will be responsible for reinventing a multi-faceted program that inspires and engages new Britelings, and builds connection across Eventbrite.

You will be a partner with our team, cross-functional subject matter experts, and HR Partners to design and create content and programs to support our growth as a business, as a function, and as Britelings. You are experienced at gathering feedback and ideas inside and outside the organization and evolving and innovating to truly drive a high performing culture. You will have an impact on how every Briteling grows. This high-value work will have a clear and lasting impact on Eventbrite's culture and business success.

YOU WILL

    • Reinvent our current onboarding and orientation processes to drive impact
    • Drive global non-function-specific onboarding, enabling and empowering the establishment of Britelings at all levels
    • Provide resources and best practices to guide enablement within functions to create effective function-specific onboarding
    • Build robust, cohesive, and varied training offerings that meet Britelings where they're at and prepare them for the next level
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global leaders, key partners, and with the wider Briteling Experience team (talent acquisition, total rewards, people ops & systems, and functional and regional HR) to successfully design, strengthen, and implement effective solutions
    • Establish and measure program effectiveness, and optimize our use of existing technologies

THE SKILLSET

    • 3+ years of experience building scalable talent development programs, ideally in fast-paced, scaling/changing, global companies
    • Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development experience grounded in solid business acumen, including a global mindset and a consultative approach with leaders, BX Partners, and cross-functional partners
    • Experience using data to inform decisions, and to design and deliver impactful programs
    • Self-directed and able to effectively manage several situations simultaneously
    • Ability to influence and partner with a variety of stakeholder groups
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and cultural awareness
    • Organized, process-oriented, and efficient while being adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment
    • Demonstrated success designing learning experiences based on a deep knowledge of how people learn
