The Social team is responsible for developing high-level strategy, planning, creative concepting, and overall execution plans in collaboration with the Marketing, Content, and Communications (MCC) teams. They partner cross-functionally with multiple teams across content and campaign projects throughout the year, in addition to directly running and managing Robinhood's owned social channels. This requires close collaboration with groups internal and external to MCC.

The Social Project Manager is the quarterback of the execution of social projects in Robinhood's MCC group. They shepherd the creative process by managing workflows and creative development while communicating roadblocks and continuously keeping the pulse on ways to improve how the team operates. This candidate makes sure that everything is running like clockwork and that our creatives, producers, strategists, and agency partners are set up to make the best work possible.

They are the first point of contact and are responsible for assigning projects as needed. They are proactive in forecasting staffing needs and quickly resource additional team members if needed. They are the point of contact with social leadership and are responsible for updating internal partners and vendors. They lead discussions and activities on process and workflow improvements for the group and partner with MCC leads to assess and implement.

  • 3-5 years of experience working with creative teams in an agency or brand environment
  • Your project and time-management skills are excellent, you learn quickly, and you can accommodate rapid change
  • You have the ability to organize information quickly and at a high level in order to address potential roadblocks and define the best way forward, keeping in mind the quality of the work and giving it room to develop
  • You have a deep cultural connectedness, including outstanding communication skills
  • You are an inventive and enthusiastic problem solver, at ease with working in a dynamic organization
  • You understand digital and video asset creation and approval cycles
  • You have an interest in financial services and a willingness to learn
  • Great teammate, proactive, hard worker, and organized
