You will be the first Technical Program Manager at Boulevard, setting the standard and foundation for the growth and success of this team. The Technical Program Management role will drive clarity and alignment across product and engineering teams, ensuring the successful delivery of cross functional programs of work. The right person in this role is able to work at all levels of the program, sharing critical updates on key programs of work at the executive level, as well as aligning critical tasks level dependencies down at the team level. As the first hire in this role you will work with our Platform teams such as API's & Integrations, Data, FinTech, and Onboarding and be responsible for critical programs of work as Boulevard rapidly scales. You will define systems and processes of program management for the first time and be the owner of key initiatives. The right candidate will enjoy the chance to lay the foundation for a team from the ground up, and see the success of a solid foundation as we rapidly scale.

What you'll do here

• Lead cross functional programs of work across the Platform teams, such as HIPPA compliance, authentication, integrations.
• Own and drive forward project planning, execution, and reporting
• Directly enable and advise the leadership triad of Director of Product, Design, and Engineering, ensuring the execution of programs of work within the Platform tribe
• Be the bridge between cross functional stakeholders, diving deep into ambiguity and surfacing with key insights, decisions, and risks to surface to the leadership team
• Be a trusted advisor to product managers, designers, and engineering managers on program planning, goal setting, execution, and reporting.

What you'll need to thrive

• Experience: Multiple years of experience working in Technical Program management, tech adjacent program management role, or Product Operations role
• Self Starter: The ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision or direction
• High Quality Communicator: Top notch negotiator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical Skills: Demonstrates an understanding of functional technical information, e.g. user flows, system workflows, jira experience is preferred
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage and track details across multiple streams of work, creating order from the chaos
• BONUS POINTS Previous experience at a tech start-up as the lead for a company wide program of work
