We are looking for a strategic and process minded Senior Program Manager to join our Strategic Operations team within the Tech PMO. In this role, you'll own and drive processes and communications that span across Reddit. You'll partner with key leaders to manage, improve and create processes that enable us to define effective strategies, flawlessly execute against them and clearly see our progress along the way. The Technical Program Management Office (Tech PMO) exists to accelerate, scale, and empower all teams at Reddit to do their best work and advance our company's mission. We operate from within the office of the CTO, maximizing our ability to galvanize and drive technical programs and solutions to solve company-wide problems. Our reach extends across the entire company, driving key strategic focus areas for the business.

The Strategic Operations team in the Tech PMO organization is a lean, high impact, and high visibility team whose mission is to drive strategic alignment, key operational process and continuous improvement. We partner across the company to promote strategic decision-making and efficient execution of our strategy in order to deliver on Reddit's mission to bring community, belonging and empowerment to the world.

What you'll do:

You enjoy ambiguous problem spaces, driving strategic alignment and working with wide groups of stakeholders. This generalist role will drive forward key work streams that support existing processes and contribute to the creation of new processes based on the needs of our business. You'll drive impact through:

Providing operational and consultative support for scaling our company wide goal setting process and how we track the underlying tactics that power goal delivery.
Building scalable structures to actively monitor and report on in flight projects and goals across the Strategic Operations portfolio.
Proactively identifying opportunities and performing root cause analyses that result in material impacts to our programs.
Managing, documenting, and improving Reddit internal processes, ensuring adoption and standardized usage.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive progress on ad hoc special projects.

Who You Are:

8+ years of collective experience in program management, operations and process stewardship, preferably in a tech, social media, or similarly fast paced environment.
Previous experience creating or managing goaling frameworks for large organizations.
Direct experience in Product & Technology environments, understands software and product delivery processes and challenges.
Problem solver and strategic individual who is comfortable using frameworks and data to help structure the team's thinking and solve multi-faceted problems. A proven track record of being able to influence and rally diverse stakeholders against a common mission or goal using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
5+ years of experience leveraging data to drive visibility and insights, preference towards executive reporting and presentation experience. Previous SQL, BigQuery and data visualization experience.
Experience communicating closely with senior leaders, a high level of business sense and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and organizations from Product to Legal and beyond.
World class written and verbal communicator with the ability to present at all levels of an organization in a succinct, clear and eloquent manner.
Adept at creating scalable processes that enable cross-functional teams to make strategic decisions and execute.
Ability to not only dive into details to drive execution but also zoom out to contextualize specific recommendations within the broader company strategy.

The base pay range for this position is:
$151,700-$212,400 USD
