Senior Product Manager, Growth

About the Role:

Papaya is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Growth team. You will collaborate with teams across the organization to oversee the development of new products, roadmaps and features for our partners. You will also help optimize acquisition funnels, monetization strategies and growth loops.

What you'll be doing:

• To start with, you will own our roadmap for partners, with a focus on improving the value we provide
• Over time, you will drive partner, user and revenue growth through new products for partners
• Develop a deep understanding of our partners, employing a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods
• Balance big bets and incremental improvements
• Build alignment across the company on your vision for serving partners
• Communicate priorities to the entire organization
• Drive execution through iterative testing and learning

We'd like to hear from candidates with:

• 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience, several of them in a senior product role
• High degree of ownership within ambiguous environments and the ability to keep up with the changing nature of startups
• Effective communication skills and ability to liaise seamlessly between functions
• Project management experience; the ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects with regular reporting of outcomes
