?'? Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team. As the Senior Product Manager, you will define requirements for engineering development, and own and execute on product rollouts and communications. You will work closely with our Co-founders and engineering organization and support the prioritization of our product roadmap and help us scale our IDP.

?'" Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on our product, from features to functionality
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform future product decisions; be the voice of the customer and the business
• Define and track key product metrics and use data-driven insights to drive product decisions and optimizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and scope product features and enhancements
• Align the needs and priorities of feature requests to ensure proper vision and deliverability
• Launch new features in collaboration with Engineering, Design and Marketing

?"?Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience shipping high quality, user-centric experiences with a focus on software
• Experience building B2B Saas offerings with engineering, design and the business
• Experience working at a fast-paced startup environment
• Track record of strong partnerships with engineering, sales, customer success, operations and marketing teams.
• Experience scaling a product from v1 while maintaining low churn and high customer growth
• Demonstrated success in resolving conflicts and making tough technical tradeoffs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization, including senior executives

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay for this role starts between $175,000 and $225,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for equity and benefits.
