Remote job description

About us

Because is a high growth, direct-to-consumer company focused on personal care needs for older adults. We started in 2017 with a simple idea - to make it easier for our families to get the products they need. Today, we are on our way to becoming the #1 trusted brand for older adults, with the goal of helping millions lead vibrant, independent lives. We've raised over $60M in funding from top VC firms including Index Ventures and Khosla Ventures, and are grateful for the support for our customers, partners and investors.

We are growing, and our direct-to-consumer offering combines best-in-class physical products with an easy, cost-effective subscription offering. Health and wellness can be addressed in many ways -- we've chosen to focus on older adults' personal care needs to make their lives more comfortable, and this is just the beginning.

  • Work closely with other Product Managers to develop and share best practices as well as manage projects that cross agile teams
  • Monitor industry trends including capabilities, vendors, and tools specifically related to online shopping, older adults, and SEO
  • Demonstrate our Because values: member obsession, empathy & respect, passion in all you do, keep it simple, deliver results, be frugal, be a team player, and have fun
