Senior Product Manager

Do you like breaking things on purpose? Gremlin is seeking an inquisitive Sr. Product Manager to join our team. We are building cutting edge solutions to cause controlled chaos and expose weaknesses in the production systems of our customers. A natural curiosity about what can and does go wrong when operating production systems at scale are paramount to this role.

As a Sr. Product Manager at Gremlin, you'll work closely with our engineering team to define, design, and build products from conception to launch. As part of the Product team, you are the hub between all roles, such as Engineering, Sales, Marketing, PR, and Finance, bridging the technical and business gap as you design services that our customers love. You are detail oriented, can break down complex problems, and have a track record of getting things done.

In this role, you'll get to:

• Understand the market, competition, and customer requirements in depth
• Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and execute product vision and strategy
• Work efficiently and collaboratively within a remote culture to deliver new products and features
• Meet with customers, attend and speak at conferences, and be involved with the community

We'll expect you to have:

• Technical background in computer science, infrastructure, and cloud computing via relevant work experience
• Have considerable technical authority of your own in the above areas
• At least 5 years of experience in a Product Management role
• Experience working on enterprise products
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical skills, with proven ability to take initiative

Bonus Experience:

• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering or Chaos Engineering
• Have been on-call and participated in an incident management program
• Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment and to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
