What you'll do:

• Be the main point of contact (post-sale) for multiple projects that are activated through the KarmaLab team
• Build creative timelines for qualifying ad campaigns and Creative Strategy requests
• Manage client communication and client questions throughout development process
• Onboard and manage 3rd party creative production partners and agreed upon scope of work
• Recommend improvements to project management process to increase efficiency and quality of outputs
• Act as creative ambassador of Reddit's creative best practices among production partners and clients alike
• Assist in budget tracking across creative projects

Minimum qualifications:

• Extended internship in project management, strategy or creative experience, preferably in a creative agency or advertising agency
• Experience managing a pipeline of multiple projects and workstreams

Preferred qualifications:

• • 2 years experience working with advertising clients in a creative support function.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to find optimizations to process and packages that drive quicker turn-around times while upholding creative quality.
  • Some design experience working with editing tools including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience working in Salesforce and Jira a plus
  • Proficient in Keynote and Google Suite.
