Summary:

Wiz is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Technical Solutions, who is passionate about developing processes and driving strategic programs. In this role, you will report to the Technical Solutions Chief of Staff and partner with the senior pre/post sales leadership team to develop and drive strategic programs and initiatives aligned with our annual goals.

What You'll Do:

• Program Development and Implementation: Manage and execute large-scale programs (workstreams) that span multiple departments or functions.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution and evaluation of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the desired quality standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders to identify key areas of focus and develop programs that align with business goals and objectives.
• Drive Consistency: Own key communications programs, channels and platforms.

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in project/program management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen and intuition are needed for proactive partnerships with stakeholders across the company.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
