About The Role

After becoming one of the fastest-growing startups in the United States ($0 - $11B), Rippling is ready to up-level our operations to scale to $1B in ARR over the next couple of years. We need someone who can take us from 1 to 10 - and beyond, on a global scale.We're looking for a Program Manager to join the growing Support Operations team who has expert-level knowledge of project/program processes and stakeholder management skills required to ensure high-quality service and operations at scale, helping us deliver on our ambitious growth objectives. You will lead programs and projects around support activities, including agent enablement, reporting, change management, and new product launches.Reporting to the Head of Support Operations, the Program Manager will be responsible for running initiatives based on the department's strategy and internal processes, managing stakeholders across cross-functional teams to develop and execute the initiatives that will enable our next phase of global growth, and identifying and pursuing opportunities that will deliver cost savings and quality improvement.

What You Will Do

  • Effectively manage program, project, and process implementations to meet program goals successfully.
  • Work with cross-functional team members to develop detailed project schedules including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies based on business objectives, budget, scope, timeline, and risks.
  • Successfully balancing project scope, time, cost, quality, and risks, and ensuring completion of project/program deliverables.
  • Follow project management best practices for planning including managing action items, risks, schedule, and overall project governance to control cost, scope, and schedule for multiple projects.
  • Produce and own the master schedule of initiatives, ensuring that all interdependencies are identified and factored into the master schedule.
  • Facilitate weekly project team meetings to assess project progress and resolve issues; prepare and distribute meeting agendas, meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports.
  • Seek out cross-project synergies (across global initiatives, regional plans, and interdependent projects) and ensure leveraged opportunities across all project initiatives.
  • Facilitate Change Management activities including readiness and cultural assessments, stakeholder and impact analysis, engagement plans, communication strategies, and plans, risk assessment and management plans, and overall adoption of change.
  • Proactively communicate project statuses to team members, stakeholders, business champions, project sponsors, and executives.
What You Will Need
  • 5+ years of program/project management experience - with experience at a B2B software company or a strategy/operations consulting firm. PMO experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing large operations-oriented projects including experience driving successful change management for large-scale projects.
  • Ability to navigate a high-ambiguity environment and be able to make sound decisions based on both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Strong attention to detail. You can dive into the weeds with your stakeholders and pick up on the seemingly small, yet important, details
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves. We're still a startup and will expect you to roll up your sleeves and work hard to provide feedback and get the job done
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You'll regularly communicate directly with executives and other senior leaders.
  • Additional experience in Vendor Management or Workforce Management would be preferred
