About this role

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to implement and lead complex, cross-functional programs. This role will coordinate disparate groups across Marketplace Ops and Faire to deliver highly impactful projects.. You should have excellent stakeholder management, project management, and presentation skills, as well as deep operational knowledge and being comfortable with pulling and analysing large datasets.

What you'll do

  • Drive the end-to-end implementation of large-scale, high-impact programs that are essential to the success of MOps. Examples:
    • Implement different tiers of onboarding processes
    • Understand how the onboarding experience affects the lifecycle of a user
  • Ensure projects are properly defined and scoped with charters that include well-written problem statements and quantifiable goals and baseline data
  • Identify opportunities in our processes and operating models, driving strategic projects aimed at making improvements with global impact
  • Work closely with a cross-section of functions and lead distributed teams through influence to accomplish these programs
  • Drive project and key stakeholder alignment on initiatives to ensure they are connected to the larger customer support goals
  • Be a thought partner to the MOps organization to identify programs that can directly address organization and company priorities
  • Coordinate disparate groups to align on shared objectives and work toward a common purpose

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of program management experience, leading multi-tiered projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years of prior work experience in program management or a related field (e.g., consulting, operations, etc.)
  • Highly structured and detail oriented approach to work
  • Ability to derive insights from data and use data to inform decisions
  • Experience working with large and distributed global teams
  • Proven track record managing stakeholders and operating in a cross-functional environment
  • An innovative, proactive, and passionate approach to your work
  • An ability to drive execution and implementation
  • Preferred degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related field
  • Advanced Google Slides / presentation skills
  • Advanced excel / data analysis skills
  • Prior experience in operations or marketplace support functions
  • Working knowledge of SQL
