The Project:
We are looking for an experienced Agile Product Owner with healthcare technology experience preferred. Our objective is to be the enterprise's front door for external clinical data ingestion, standardization, enrichment, and distribution. The agile product owner is also asked to fill SCRUM master and Release Train Engineer responsibilities and maybe occasionally asked to cover BSA and/or PM responsibilities. Ensure work is prioritized and features and user stories are groomed to maximize value delivery, and productivity of the team, and ensure product objectives are achieved.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
Work with tech teams, business users, and business partners to understand requirements
Write user stories and acceptance criteria
Manage feature and user story backlog (groom features and user stories, prioritize features and user stories)
Lead daily stand up meeting
Lead SCRUM agile ceremonies for the team (story and feature acceptance, sprint planning, progress tracking, sprint retrospective)
Determine dependencies and negotiate solutions

Qualifications & Requirements:2+ years experience as an agile product owner
1+ years of SAFE or scrum agile experience
Some healthcare experience (2+ years)
Experience with Rally (agile software)
Experience with Aha!
Product manager experience/product management methodology knowledge
HL7 and/or FHIR experience
Project management experience
Knowledge of and/or experience with SCRUM master and/or Release Train engineer responsibilities
