The Standardization and Optimization team is seeking a Process Architect to help enable new capabilities by perfecting new delivery architecture models, new process frameworks and pre-sales support for strategic customers. The Process Architecture team will help drive capability management and best practice to ensure functional consistency, continual improvement, and operational efficiency across all of CX Centers (CXC).

Role & Responsibilities:

Develop/Drive standardized methods and procedures for Process Management. Ensure that process standards are applicable for CXC. Monitor adherence to established process and where appropriate, facilitate the process. Work across CXC organization to enable business priorities and outcomes.

Build strong productive working relationships with internal/external operational functions to promote the management process. Ensure that service quality measurement is in place and a "service excellence" ethos is promoted.

Ensure effective and regular reviews are undertaken into the performance of process and help Process Owners to drive efficiency and excellence of the processes.

Work with all stakeholders in Process Digitalization platform on process framework fulfilment, updates and enrichment.

Works with the Process Owners to understand process improvement opportunities and develop and maintain a strategic improvement roadmap and process flow.

Lead standalone process architecture engagements, collaborate with Lean Six Sigma Black Belts on optimization projects.
