About This Role

As an Engineering Manager at Strava, you will be at the forefront of leading a new Brand Partnerships team within our Groups, Creator, and Social product engineering team. This new team is a B2B2C team focused on helping some of Strava's key brand partners. Your role will involve a hands-on coding approach, driving technical excellence, and fostering an environment of psychological safety and trust. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned full-stack engineer, comfortable with Scala or Rails and JavaScript/React, with GraphQL experience being a notable advantage.

  • You have prior leadership experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead within a dynamic engineering team.
  • You have hands-on experience with full-stack development in Scala or Rails, JavaScript/React; knowledge of GraphQL is a plus.
