As a Director of Product Management at Boulevard, you will work cross-functionally with various departments and guide the future of Boulevard's Product Management team from hiring to product ideation, to implementation and ongoing management. You will work closely leading and mentoring some of the most user-centric product teams at Boulevard. Your contributions to our Product Management team will continue to revolutionize the Boulevard platform as a second to none industry leader.

As the Director of Product Management you will serve a vital role at the company, creating the vision for teams such as Client Experience, Business Management, and Mobile, as well as having overall ownership of every detail within these product areas. We appreciate leaders who think deeply, speak clearly, and embrace collaboration and feedback. Help set the vision for the end-to-end experience across the entire product lifecycle and make an impact from day one.

• What you'll do here...
• Work cross-functionally across the Apps tribe of Product, Product Design and Engineering teams to unify our Product experience at Boulevard
• Hire and train new Product Managers and Product leaders, while fostering a culture of product at Boulevard
• Establish yourself as the true Product owner for the Apps tribe, responsible for setting priorities, and working with customers to build solutions that solve their problems
• Create and track KPI's for the Product Development team
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure ongoing best practices
• Challenge the organization to be data driven and quality focused; leverage data to help drive decisions, have a mindset focused on continuous process improvement
• What you'll need to thrive...
• Experience: 9+ years experience directing Product Management leaders with specific experience building, managing and implementing products from inception to market. Proven experience growing and developing managers. Strong experience with agile methodologies and a blend of strategic and tactical approaches to product. Additional experience using data driven approaches to help drive product success at multiple levels.
• Product Background: An outstanding background in user-centric Product Management with a proven track record of successful product development in user experience heavy products, such as Client Experience / Mobile.
• Technical Collaboration: Experience partnering with Design teams and Engineers to develop the strategy and rationale for features as well as experience delivering Product plans engaging with key Stakeholders
• Tools: Familiarity with Jira, and Confluence
• Leadership: Smarts, humility, communication skills, and proven leadership experience with the ability to build high performing teams.
• Bonus Points: You know how to code or have an understanding of how things work under the hood | Previous experience working on products that are extremely data-focused | Fintech or SaaS product experience
