About the team

The current Customer Success team is a team of experienced professionals who are CSMs across US and Europe as well as a Lead Onboarding consultant. Together, we support all Enterprise-plan customers post sale and maintain the customer relationship. As our Strategic Solutions Engineer you will partner closely with this team and with our Sales, Partnerships and Customer Support teams.

We work with our customers throughout their lifecycle (Adoption, Renewal, and beyond!) to ensure that they are using Typeform to their fullest potential. By proactively engaging our customers in different lifecycle stages, we maintain the role of trusted advisor and work with our Enterprise-plan customers to continue growing with our tools. Ultimately, we believe that Typeform can empower our customers to build meaningful relationships with their team members and customers alike.

About the Role

As a key member of our customer success organisation, you will report into our VP of Customer Success and Support as part of our Services organization. You'll play a critical role in remotely supporting our sales and customer success teams, translating business needs into powerful solutions for european and american based customers in the mid-marke and SMB segments. You'll partner with prospects, customers, and the wider GTM organization to deliver value-based solutions and custom recommendations for our customers. With a love for continuous learning, you will become a product and customer expert, continuously developing your skillset to find ways in making customers and Typeform successful.

Things you will do

  • Provide custom recommendations, guidance, and resources for our Enterprise-plan customers.
  • Develop internal and external resources (playbooks, demos, training materials) to empower others.
  • Collaborate with other teams, partners and prospects to deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Provide white-glove service via email, phone & Zoom to our customers.
  • Support Account Executives to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling technical demos, showcasing Typeform's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Work with Onboarding Consultants to ensure smooth product implementation and adoption.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships teams.
  • Lead and contribute to internal projects, improving processes and efficiencies.
  • Identify and communicate product feedback, influencing future product-development.
  • Proactively solve issues before they arise.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to our expert team.

What you already bring to the table:

  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience in pre- and post-sales customer engagements, facilitating technical conversations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to influence customer relationships.
  • A passion for learning and a continuous desire to develop your skillset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with a high level of autonomy.

Extra awesome:

  • Experience with Salesforce and similar CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with internal tools like Catalyst.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry.

Pay range
$120,000-$170,000 USD
