Ops Specialist: Planning and Forecasting

The Planning and Forecasting team is responsible for ensuring that Scale is tracking to its key operating metrics from cost, quality and throughput perspective. We act as a central node across delivery, Go-to-Market, finance, analytics, allocation, pay and regional teams to ensure that these have the right information and metrics to measure, predict and improve their performance.We are looking for individuals who are data-driven, comfortable with ambiguity and interested in developing tools and processes that will allow us to continually track and improve our performance.This role will work on initiatives that span product, operations, and analytics to work on priority initiatives.

You will:

• Work with Engineering, Pay, Finance and Analytics teams to re-architect pay and cost reporting infrastructure to improve accuracy and auditability
• Develop custom tools and processes to track project performance for Scale's largest and most critical customer projects
• Work with the Pay and Analytics teams to define new payout formulae for our taskers
• Developing tools and processes to track and predict operating performance - quality, throughput, and staff utilization
• Identify operational metrics and targets to track and improve Scale's overall operational performance

Ideally you'd have:

• Excellent (B2+/C1) written and spoken English - enough to participate in team standups and understand product requirements in English.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to break a complex problem into manageable units
• Strong quantitative skills and the willingness to dig into data. Comfort with SQL and working with large datasets
• The ability to think from first principles and iterating quicky to deliver results
• Experience in having worked with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes

• This job is offered to candidates all across Mexico but being Mexico City based is preffered.
