Head of Service Delivery

Do you want to manage a remote, vibrant, international service delivery team with a great collaborative culture?

At ResultStory, we provide an innovative content solution which helps our clients produce a full month of video content, by just showing up for one 60-minute interview a month with our team.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Service Delivery to lead our service delivery team and ensure we deliver on our promises to our accounts (this is a 100% remote role).

The Role

This is a leadership role, and we need an experienced, articulate, and confident Head of Service Delivery professional, who is able to take responsibility for outcomes, processes and managing a team.

This role requires a minimum 5 hours working day crossover with US Eastern Time business hours (10 am ET to 3 pm ET).

You'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring that we retain and upsell accounts.
• Ensuring our service is delivered at quality and on-time.
• Managing costs and acquiring/driving efficiency from resources.
• People management of delivery team members.
• Identifying and mitigating any risks to the business.
• Organising the delivery of new or improved services/assets.
• Making strategic contributions to other areas of the business.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of experience managing a team of at least 10 service delivery professionals in a digital marketing agency.
• 3+ Years of experience in Digital Marketing, Project Management and People Management.
• 3+ Years experience with Client Relationship Management.
• 3+ Years experience working in a Digital Agency.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM software, automation software, project management software and ChatGPT knowledge.
• Have an ideal remote work set up that includes an internet upload & download speed of 10 Mbps or more, with consistent electricity/internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
• Native or very advanced standard of written & spoken English.
• Ideally 2+ Years experience working directly with Social Media Management and/or Content Marketing

• Expected earnings range is $60,000 to $100,000 per year including bonuses, depending on skillset and experience
