Technical Writer / Publisher

Location: REMOTE

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Writer/ Publisher

This position is a 12 month long contract, fully remote.

MUST BE FLUENT IN SPEAKING AND WRITING IN GERMAN!

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Researches, designs, writes content and maintains procedure documentation.
• Collaborates with internal teams across departments to interview subject matter experts, determine what type of content is needed, translate business specifications, and research corporate policies.
• Responsible for producing high-quality content quickly, efficiently and ensure deadlines met.
• Edits all content to ensure documentation is created in a user-friendly format, consistent verbiage, provides clarity and conciseness for the intended audience.
• Published work includes user guides, workflow guidelines, checklists, and diagram maps.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluency in German
• MS Visio a must
