It is easy to get started with ClickHouse, but (like everything) it requires knowledge and experience to become a subject matter expert. We are looking for a Curriculum Developer who can help us build a learning experience for ClickHouse users, from getting started to becoming certified experts. The goal of the Learning team at ClickHouse is to enable and delight our customers, and your input and ideas will be instrumental in achieving that goal. We are looking for someone who has a passion for teaching and enabling others, as well as the skills to explain difficult concepts in a clear, concise, and interesting way. Your content will be consumed by IT professionals all over the world, and you will be influential in how we enable and educate our users.

What you will be doing:

• Developing ClickHouse training courses and teaching database developers and administrators how to use our software
• Diving deep into the ClickHouse technology, learning how our software runs and what makes it so fast
• Enabling customers and partners on our upcoming Cloud offering
• Creating scripts, containers, and cloud images for learning environments and labs
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of the ClickHouse documentation
• Teaching your content in live, instructor-led deliveries
• Becoming a ClickHouse subject matter expert

What you bring along:

• 3+ years of experience with curriculum development for technical software, preferably databases and/or distributed systems
• Proven experience building and teaching technical training content
• Strong background in databases and SQL
• Programming or application development experience in a current language such as C++, Java, Python, JavaScript etc.
• Ability to work cross-functionally amongst engineering, product and development teams
• Technical degree (e.g. Computer Science or related field)

Bonus Points:

• Experience with container frameworks like Docker and Kubernetes
• Professional experience with ClickHouse
• Experience developing high-stakes certification exams
