As an Organic Social Producer/Editor, you will blend conceptual thinking with creative direction, video editing, and motion graphics skills to produce health-related content that resonates with our audience. You will have the autonomy to drive organic growth on our YouTube channel, ensuring content is both engaging and informative, with a strong focus on SEO optimization to increase visibility and impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with the SEO agency + content teams to create organic and optimized youtube content that ranks high for targeted health + weight loss keywords.
• Integrate Noom's key brand messages into organic youtube videos (longform + shorts), ensuring authenticity, accuracy and adherence to legal guidelines.
• Produce content by collaborating with internal thought leaders or outside experts to be the face of the video content.
• Support the social media team as needed by editing youtube shorts to fit Tiktok and Reels formats.
• Edit videos and incorporate motion graphics, visual and audio effects to elevate the overall quality of content.
• Create engaging thumbnails that drive high click through rates.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices on YouTube to optimize content for maximum performance.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics to refine and improve content strategies.
• Work alongside SEO agency partner to Implement SEO best practices that increase video visibility, rank higher in search results, and drive organic traffic to the channel.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends to continually refine organic Youtube strategy.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in creating long form and short form organic social media video content, with a focus on SEO-optimized youtube content.
• Experience creating health/wellness focused content is a plus.
• Proficient in conceptual thinking, creative direction, video editing, and motion graphics as it relates to youtube content creation.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Deep understanding of organic youtube content creation
• Communication + Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Self Starter: Ability to take initiative, drive projects independently and juggle several pre-production, production and post-production responsibilities at one time.

Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000 - $159,000.
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom's estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
