You will be responsible for and take pride in...
  • Communicating our culture, values and benefits via our career site, blogs, social campaigns, paid ads, SEO and People/ HR events, awards, podcasts, etc.
  • Owning our CRM tool from a candidate pipelining, nurture and marketing perspective - Phenom experience is a big plus!
  • Being the key stakeholder for our career site and executing improvements to maximize impact to potential applicants via our CMS tool (Phenom as well)
  • Monitoring employment sites like Indeed and Glassdoor; plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers and converting quality applicants on LinkedIn
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal creative & marketing teams to develop collateral in support of both to employer and recruitment strategies
  • Assisting the Senior Program Manager in internal culture activation and communication
  • Staying close to the pulse of the organization and actively collecting stories that we can highlight internally and eternally
  • Partnering on operationalizing internal tools like Donut, Pyn, etc. through which we create camaraderie and community
You recognize yourself in the following...
  • You have experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Campaigns (targeted regional campaigns) and design chops on Canva or Adobe
  • You create content that has viral potency and catches attention to drive quality applications with an eye for design and a keener eye to detect trends
  • You're not afraid to experiment with new ideas, learn from them and iterate
  • You get excited to discover new solutions and tools that help us scale or automate tasks to increase efficiency
  • You put business needs over your own attachments to work and are not afraid to move quickly/ pivot in order to achieve them. You are not used to working very structured environments, dynamic situations and variety excites you
  • You see problems and think immediately about solutions with a high level of accountability
  • You love either / all of the following: Schitt's Creek, Harry Potter, GoT (we can collectively agree Season 8 never happened)
