We are seeking a strategic Senior Manager, Member Marketing to help drive member adoption, engagement, and loyalty for all commercial programs offered through our B2B offering, Noom for Work. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, targeting employees who have access to Noom as a free benefit, as well as members of a health plan or PBM, with a focus on data-driven testing and optimization. You will excel in this role if you have a strong track record of delivering member growth for B2B2C campaigns, thinking creatively, moving quickly to execute and iterate, and ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role will report to Noom's Head of Healthcare Product Marketing.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Increase awareness and reach, and drive enrollment and engagement among Employer, Health Plan, PBMs, and Channel Partner accounts.
  • Develop an always-on member marketing strategy through a combination of email, digital, flyers, direct mail, webinars, social, and other channels.
  • Maintain a library of turnkey enrollment assets that empower clients to promote Noom within internal company channels.
  • Own brief development and partner closely with our internal Creative team to guide and review content creation for member marketing materials and campaign assets.
  • Partner with Marketing counterparts at client organizations on integrated marketing plans to deliver member awareness and growth
  • Support the Client Success team in identifying opportunities to increase enrollment and demonstrate value, and keep them informed of new campaigns and resources available to their clients.
  • Conduct message testing and research to gain insights that can be used to optimize marketing efforts and product initiatives.
  • Gather data from multiple systems, leverage it to evaluate campaign performance, optimize campaigns, and report on progress toward achieving goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B2C marketing experience with strong results creating multi-channel campaigns ?" successful track record in employer benefits/healthcare space a plus!
  • Passion for digital health and commitment to advancing our mission of empowering everyone, everywhere to lead a better, healthier life.
  • Business mindset; ability to align top-line business strategy and goals with marketing campaigns that meet growth objectives.
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to dig into campaign results, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make informed recommendations.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and focus your efforts on the highest impact opportunities.
  • Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional management and collaboration; ability to develop deep relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, lead strategic enrollment discussions, and positively influence strategy.
  • Knowledge of Iterable, Mixpanel, and Looker a plus.

Base Salary

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $167,000 - $227,000.
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom's estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
