Gong is looking to hire a Senior Manager of Global Event Marketing to supercharge the events function. This role will report to the Director of Global Event Marketing and is an opportunity to take a successful events game to the next level. We're looking for a superstar inspired by creative execution and who can scale the events function for the leading revenue intelligence company driving innovation in some of the hottest areas of technology, including AI, machine learning, remote work, cloud, and the subscription economy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Global Event marketing on determining Gong's Proprietary event strategy and ensuring alignment with company and marketing goals.
• Own end-to-end event marketing for Proprietary Sponsored Events, including analysis, ideation, execution and reporting of all things related to event programs.
• Lead project management of multiple concurrent event programs - leading direction, driving ROI measurement, and owning large budgets
• Partner with the brand team to ensure Gong's event presence and experiences bring Gong's brand to life and align with business priorities, product roadmaps and event messaging pillars
• Measure and communicate the return and impact of all engagements, optimizing for future events accordingly
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure positioning, deliverables, and tactics are achieved before, during, and after each event, both at the messaging and event experience levels
• Help drive towards demand generation goals by creating events that will drive leads and, more importantly, pipeline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Events Roles
• Strong creative skills to help breathe new life into the Gong event experience
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable leading event briefing calls
• Strong collaborator and easy to work with across time-zonesAbility to think strategically and "Favor the Long Term"
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize and get things done
