We're seeking a talented, data-driven marketer to focus on the success and growth of our existing customers. Reporting to our Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for running campaigns and programs that focus on customer retention and the marketing of complementary third-party solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan and execute the marketing strategy focused on product adoption and overall success of our existing customers.
  • Measure the success of these campaigns and optimize our approach based on the resulting data.
  • Educate our customer base about our products and their benefits through customer newsletters, customer-focused content, social media monitoring, email marketing, and more.
  • Plan and execute programs to accelerate the adoption of third-party solutions that integrate with our software platform.
  • Improve nurture tracks that focus on product and feature adoption.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams-including product marketing, event marketing, and content marketing-to support programs that improve the overall customer experience.
  • Lead, manage, mentor, train, and develop a Customer Marketing specialist through hiring and leadership best practices.
  • What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years of experience in equivalent role.
  • Experience in leading and developing a team.
  • Experience with marketing automation desired (Hubspot preferred).
  • Excellent command of all marketing tactics.
  • Strong writer and content collaborator.
  • A nose for good product marketing, and the ability to educate in ways that our customers will understand.
  • Desire to excel in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and with external partners to ensure our customers' success.

Where You'll Work:

Our headquarters is located in St. Louis, but we'll be remote until the time is right to return to the office. When that happens, employees based in St. Louis will move to a hybrid work model (three days in the office with the option to work remotely for the remaining two). Fully remote employees will be able to stay remote.
